The National Academies will be releasing their report on ocean-based approaches to carbon dioxide removal (CDR) and sequestration on December 8, 2021 at 11 AM ET. A public report release webinar will also be held from 11 AM to 12 PM ET the same day. The report provides a path forward for research and development needed to assess the viability of promising ocean-based CDR approaches.
