2022 Atlantic First Nations Health Conference
About this event
The Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs Secretariat is proud to host the 2022 Atlantic First Nations Health Conference.
This will be a hybrid in-person/online conference held from 04-06 October 2022 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Dartmouth, NS and virtually via RingCentral.
APC will support two people from each community to attend. These delegates may be:
- Your Chief (or designated Proxy); and
- Health Director (or designated Proxy) or Band Councillor with a Health Portfolio.
APC can also support the following invitees:
- Planning Committee members;
- Invited Health Techs; and
- Invited Treatment Leads.
Please note that in-person attendance is limited to 100 people. Priority for in-person attendance will be given to those delegates noted above.
If space permits, others may be offered the option to attend in-person but may not be eligible for travel expenses reimbursement.
Virtual joining details will be made available prior to conference start.

The 2022 Atlantic First Nations Health Conference will be held from 04-06 October 2022. This year’s theme is Revitalizing Health by Restoring Balance.
The conference will be offered both in-person at the Doubletree by Hilton in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and virtually on the RingCentral platform.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The conference will be taking place online using the Sched platform. Once registered, please keep an eye on your inbox for session and ticket info. Sessions will be streamed using the RingCentral software (which is free to download). Session links can be found in the Sched agenda on this page on the day of the event.
