OceansAdvance will be holding its AGM and Election of the Board of Directors
Virtually via Zoom

Thursday, May 6, 2021
3:00 – 5:00 PM NST   There are five vacancies on the Board this year.
Nomination Requirements:  Any member of OceansAdvance is eligible for nomination; Two references (a Mover and a Seconder) are required in order for a nominee’s name to be placed on the ballot. They too must be a member of OceansAdvance; and  We require an email from the Nominee confirming their acceptance, as well as, emails from the Mover and the Seconder.Please forward your nominations to Susan Barry: susan.barry@oceansadvance.net

Deadline:
Nomination and supporting documentation, as listed above; and also, a short bio of the Nominee is required no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, March 19, 2021.

A list of candidates will then be distributed no later than Friday, March 26, 2021.
