About EnPoint MentorshipWe believe people should love what they do. Mentorship helps people define and achieve career goals, build confidence, and establish valuable connections, but mentorship programs can be overwhelming to build and implement. That’s why we’ve created an easy-to-use, customizable and automated software that helps clients create, maintain, and scale high-impact mentorship programs. We help post-secondary education institutions, non-profits, and employers build custom mentorship programs that achieve their objectives, with minimal administrative time and measurable outcomes. To check out more about our impact of the last 5 years, check out our Impact Report and watch the celebration video here to celebrate along with us!

About Chantal Brine: Chantal Brine is a thought leader on living with purpose. She follows a simple yet powerful mantra while pursuing what makes her happy: “Life is too short to do something that you are not passionate about.”

Chantal’s interest in the psychology behind human interaction is what brought her to Saint Mary’s University from Bermuda, where she focused on Psychology and Human Resources. Following graduation, she made Nova Scotia her home and began supporting leaders- including female business owners- in the private and public sector as a Consultant. This work led to her role with North American technology company, Unique Solutions Design Ltd., where she led the development and execution of their human capital strategy.

In 2018, Chantal Brine founded her own start-up En Point, with a goal of helping 1,000,000 individuals through the power of mentorship. En Point helps organizations create and maintain high-impact mentorship programs with consultations and through their online mentorship platform.
