Have you ever wondered how to take your business to the next level?
During this week’s webinar, we will be joined by special guest Craig Haney. He is leader in Canada for bringing corporate innovations to market, and has built a reputation for identifying high impact digital solutions that drive sustainable business growth for startups and large corporations alike. For more than two decades, he has helped grow and scale companies across multiple industries, guiding startups in creating a clear path to adoption and commercialization.
Craig established the Innovation Lab at Canadian Tire Innovations and helped launch the corporate innovation program at Communitech, which helps large, non-tech companies become more innovative by engaging with the startup technology ecosystem. As the Head of Corporate Innovation at Communitech, Craig helped big companies become more agile by intersecting ideas with the challenges and key decision makers. His leadership helped grow the entire ecosystem by connecting small startups to big problems in some of Canada’s largest companies. He has advised on programs from Halifax to Vancouver.
He has an undergraduate degree from Western University and a Masters of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (MBET) from the University of Waterloo. He serves as a director for the virtual accelerator Propel ICT, and has served on the Advisory Boards for the Conrad Centre for Entrepreneurship and the School of Design and Entrepreneurship, both at the University of Waterloo.
