With the increased electrification of our energy systems including increased use of EVs, heat pumps, etc; increasing total electrical generation is a must. Utility scale solar, typically coupled with storage, is going to be another tool that utilities will use to diversify their generation mix. This webinar will discuss some of the considerations that need to be taken when developing a utility scale development from 1-10MW. These include site selection and land agreements, utility interconnection considerations, managing distribution/transmission/load constraints with storage and discussion of the process we use to make decisions around those considerations.
